Less than 24 hours

  • Clients will be charged half service price, before rescheduling appointment.

No Call No Show Appointment

  • Client will be charged full-service price, before scheduling a future appointment.

Exceptions can be made, at the discretion of the stylist, for emergency situations!

NEW CLIENTS

Non-Refundable Deposits: Requires a percentage upfront to secure time and resources, ensuring commitment from the client. If the service is over $100.00, a deposit of $50.00 will need, to be paid thru a invoice, prior to service. That invoice will be sent by stylist, once booking is confirmed. Deposits WILL go toward the service(s) day of. New Client, No shows, the deposit will go toward the stylists time wasted.
